Don’t have time to meditate and want to touch base? Out of practice? Prefer to meditate in a small group with like-minded people? Then this is the group for you.
Diane offers one full hour of meditation on a monthly basis. She will guide you gently through deep, relaxing meditations and each session ends with a wonderful sharing meditation.
Each session is kept to a maximum of 6 people to ensure you get the very best out of your experience.
These sessions are very popular so early booking is essential.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and you can bring your slippers too if you like. Fleeces are available but please feel free to bring your own snuggle blanket if you prefer and something to lie on (e.g. yoga mat). You can sit or lie down, whichever is best for you.
