Swedish Body Massage is a wonderfully relaxing therapy which helps stimulate and relax the body and mind. It is an effective aid to relaxation and helps to ease away stress, adhesions (knots) which cause muscle aches and tension, loosen stiff joints, aids cellular renewal and removes toxic waste from the body.

A single massage is enjoyable and highly beneficial in the short term when dealing with stress, muscular tension, and fatigue.  The effects of massage are cumulative and so a course of treatments can have the effect of strengthening and toning the entire body mechanism, and so to help prevent unnecessary injuries and sprains that could otherwise occur due to excess tension and stress on the body.  Depending upon what the individual needs, massage can calm or stimulate the nervous system and so help reduce fatigue and leave the receiver with a feeling of replenished energy.  Massage helps to you mentally, physically, and spiritually.
